  Pretty bland for the most part. I'm convinced that Dreamworks saw "Turning Red" and thought that it was important for them to make something similar, because the subject matter is mature to show to kids that might be experience what is happening on screen, particularly females.

  I really wish that there was an emotional connection with the humans and the alein like in "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial", but that wasn't the case. Some scenes had me chuckling unintentionally, but it's a fine film.
