Robert (he/him)’s review published on Letterboxd:
Another electric film by Danny Boyle, in which Fassbender, Winslet and Daniels give amazing performances. There are so many references to hightech in it’s terrific cinematography and the music works excellent. It’s only a bit hard for someone new to the story to pick up all the information and Rogen is annoying to watch.
The highly effective structure, with multiple goosebump moments, makes for an intriging and multifaceted portrait. Sure, these events are dramatised and the man was a tremendous prick, but with this film Boyle does justice to one of the great minds of our time.
