With all the praise and award nominations, I had pretty big expectations for this movie and it is really disappointing that I didn't like this at all.

It's acted well, great looking but I HATED this character. She's a giant fucking scum bag. She's sexual predator who uses and abuses other women in the musical industry! She's a cheater, hell she's even a horrible neighbor! A egotistical pretentious piece of shit. Why would anyone give a shit about her?? She…

    Phantom Thread

Who would've thought a film about a dressmaker and a waitress falling in love would be so damn riveting.

There is so much underlying depth and hidden layers in this film which might be the reason I've watched this for the third time.

INCREDIBLE SCORE! I can't say enough about it. One of my all time favorites.

Daniel Day-Lewis second film directed by Paul Thomas Anderson and both performances are near the top of his amazing career.

Day-Lewis retired after this film. It might possibly be his final performance on film and it's an outstanding way to go out.

    Inglourious Basterds

The last line of INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS. While that may or may not be true (because QT doesn't make anything but masterpieces) This instant classic sets fire to the history books, explodes the war genre and and completely destroys your idea of what a war film should be!

Roughly only thirty percent of the movie is in English, the language which dominates the film is either French or German... with a little I-talian (gorlami) this…
