Feel Like Going Home ★★★★½

A very insightful and passionate study of the blues music; exploring its long history that began on the very cotton plantations of the "deep south" at the turn of the 20th century, and tracing its origins all the way back to the "dark continent". The film also occasionally takes its time to recount the musical background on some key figures of the blues genre, including Muddy Waters, Son House, Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker...etc.
