Upon rewatch of this movie I found I liked this movie even better the second time around. With its excellent camera movement making us feel like we are in Mexico with them experiencing it firsthand and portrayal of adolescent boys learning how to have sex. I even noticed the way the characters and movie gloss over or possibly normalize the bad things (funeral, protests, police brutality) that happen day to day. I mean a big reason why I love this movie is probably the same reason that I think Prisoner of Azkaban is the best HP movie: the director is Alfonso Cuaron.
