A charming and lushly romantic movie. I went into it expecting a teen rom-com with wacky body switching hijinks, but by the end I was very invested in the two characters being able to meet face to face. I was not expecting the disaster plot and I enjoy when I can't tell where a movie is going to go. The animation was gorgeous. I enjoyed the musical score, except for the pop songs. There were some parts where I was confused, mostly in the second act, but I was extremely emotionally engaged. Every Soulmate AU wants what this has.
