Really need to see this a second time, and I will, very soon. I really liked it but I don’t think I was nearly as engaged as I was with Kieślowski’s other films. However, I really did like it. It’s got a wonderful color pallete and I was completely mesmerized the whole time. Irène Jacob’s performance(s) was so beautiful and the camera movements along with the fantastic cinematography make this to be such a dreamy experience. Really really compelling. There’s still a lot for me to unpack, but that just makes me more excited for when I revisit it again. Good stuff.
