It the first two acts were very good and it was well on it’s way to a 4.5 star rating. The third act is where it lost me. I feel I have a fairly high tolerance for weirdness in films compared to the average movie-goer but this one was too weird for me. It didn’t just reach my weird limit, it blew through it and kept on going. Picture a freight train hitting a Toyota Corolla. One scene in particular made me very uncomfortable. I’m sure it was intended to do that, but it dragged on for way too long and I did not enjoy it. In the end, I asked myself if this is a movie I would like to watch again and the answer is a firm no. Im sure many people will give this a high rating, but it just wasn’t for me.
