Before Midnight

Before Midnight ★★★★½

Richard Linklater is a very unique artist. I really like his filmmaking style. The only other filmmakers I can compare him with is Abbas Kiarostami, who is another very favorite filmmaker of mine.

Linklater's 'Before' Trilogy is a masterpiece to me. In a unique and brilliant way the trilogy portray two characters and their relationship with each other and how it's changes over the years.. and like first two films of this trilogy, Before Midnight is realistic, hilarious, heartbreaking and most importantly, honest.

The dialogues, crafted by Linklater, Hawke and Delpy, is strong enough as other two films which takes the characters through all parts of their intellect and emotions, and always keeps you rights with the characters. It it true that the film is a little bit weak comparing with other two in some aspects and I really need to mention that the performances which I found weak in a scene and it really disappoint me. But overall, by considering all the aspects it's still a great piece in my opinion..

Love the film like other two and obviously I can say without a doubt that 'Before' is one of my new favorite trilogy of all time.
