The Nice Guys 2016 ★★★½

I was actually speeding on my way to see this, so I would get in in time. Really didn't want to miss anything since the film was so highly rated here on Leterboxd, but I must say its a little overrated, but still fun and entertaining.

Some of the jokes just kinda blew past me without any effect, and I felt that the film was just filled to the rim with small little things I was not sure if I was suppose to notice or if it was just random shit. It was a little overwhelming at certain points.

I still think the main cast worked well as the dynamic duo and protagonists of the film, with the addition of the daughter.

I still think that Shane Blacks best film is Iron Man 3.
