Admittedly the main thing that kept me from being more excited about this one is that I actively dislike Bradley Cooper so maybe that’s why I could not suspend my disbelief enough to not disdainfully snort every time another, allegedly older character called this 47-year-old man a “young buck”, a “pup”, or “my boy” 🤷‍♀️

Otherwise I dug it though, great production design and Blanchett seems like she’s having a blast.
