Alex’s review published on Letterboxd:
the follow-up to my favorite (or second favorite) show also happens to be my 1000th film and is released on my birthday. and it turns out, it's pretty amazing.
i avoided any social media today in order to go into this thing knowing as little as i could. apart from watching the first teaser released, i tried to avoid any information about the movie, even though i kinda could assume what it would be about. was it worth it though?
i'll let it sink in and allow myself to articulate my thoughts on the film at a later time, but i'll just say that vince gilligan is the man.
