You Were Never Really Here is a noir thriller doused in the grime of back alley streets and blood soaked clothes. The limits of a man’s psyche blown open wide like a bad acid trip. Greenwood’s score is perfect in every sense of the word. A sequence involving CCTV cameras is bone chilling.
