Wittgenstein Plays Chess with Marcel Duchamp, or How Not to Do Philosophy

I needed to watch this twice.
Not because I couldn't comprehend all the information coming at me, because that is obvious and clearly impossible to understand.

In the first go, you stay for the visuals. Juxtaposing cutouts, scribbles, diagrams to create a so called narrative which gives a very mesmerizing and trippy vibe.

On the second go, you go for the narration. You listen to the sound, which is smooth like velvet and teaching a philosophy through the intricacy of…

    The Metamorphosis of Birds

Mothers are the only gods without non-believers.

A strong genetic footprint runs through Catarina Vasconcelos' beguiling and all encompassing work of art. Calling it a film would be too constraining - it is a hybrid between fiction and documentary, a surrealist painting following a genealogical story, an ode to nature and to the homeland of Portugal, and finally an ode to mothers, how they rear, raise and then watch helplessly as their "birds" undergo Metamorphosis and fly away.

Here's the truth - if Saswata Chatterjee had come back to play Bob Biswas, majority of the fans of the character would have been far more apologetic of this movie.

So ends the darker, edgier version of Stranger Things.

The final part of this trilogy is structured unconventionally. The first half of the film takes place during 1666, and it is very much a slower paced version, a tribute to folk horror. And with most folk horror, the horror is more of a sweeping dread, it builds and builds, the…

As time goes, Royals are written about with far lesser adjectives, and as Diana paraphrases that statement, she wonders what would history know her as, what would history ever call her as? Because while both the royal family and her husband do want her to change, they don't make any effort to make a change, and thee outside world would prefer she remain "A Woman of Trouble", the source…
