I had to rewatch this timeless classic on its 48th anniversary, it’s one of my absolute favourite movies of all time!! 🦈🩸🌊

I still remember watching this movie for the first time as a kid, and then being absolutely terrified to swim in the deep end of the pool because I was convinced Bruce was waiting for me down there 😅👀 I’ve seen this movie an infinite amount of times after that, and it still thrills me to this day. The fantastic dynamic amongst the Brody + Hooper + Quint trio, the fascinating mechanical shark and all the shark attack scenes, Quint’s many captivating monologues, the humour and overall atmosphere, the incredible cinematography — that dolly zoom shot on Brody is absolutely ICONIC — I simply love everything about this movie, it’s perfect from beginning to end 🥰
