Anas Itani’s review published on Letterboxd:
Martin Scorsese is so damn talented that an overlooked B film of his like After Hours inspired young directors like The Safdies to come up with their electrifying style in directing. He was just having fun with this one. Don’t mind me, guys. I’ll just casually make one of the best dark comedies to ever come out in the 80s cuz I’m too bored not doing anything. Way too talented, man. This is my 18th Scorsese film. I’m so close to finishing his holy filmography. Hopefully this year.
P.S. LOVE the poster art!
