Dayton Feldt’s review published on Letterboxd:
Yes there are no stars up there. That is the point. This is the biggest dissapointment I have ever felt as a fan of DC Comics. As a fan of Movies! I didn't like the other Snyder movies but it was so scummy to almost completely rewrite and reshoot his movie after he left post production cause his daughter died. Whether it was all Whedon or all WB doesn't matter. What you get is the occasional Snyder shot with the exposure turned up with Joss Whedon (Uncharacteristically) failing hard at humorous dialogue. Pasted over a god awfully bland story, under developed characters with good actors trying there absolute hardest, CGI That makes me wanna tear my eyes out, Danny Elfman doing his best to make these scenes even slightly interesting. The Justice League are the ultimate pinacle superhero team and it is so painful to see them dumbed down to this shit. There getting there footing again with Shazam! and Joker so hopefully this never happens again.
