Coherence 2013
String theory shot on a shoestring.
How vast and sprawling and cosmic this is while remaining a movie of people in a room: it goes to the boundaries of physics by staying within the confines of a living room. And despite all the high concept mind-blowing twists and the scientific munbo jumbo, this voyage through the multiverse is in the end still about the relationships between the characters, their identities, doubts and betrayals.
Also, "if there are a million different realities, I have slept with your wife in every one of them" it's one of the best line in history.

L'idea di fare uno spaghetti distopico o post-apocalittico all'amatriciana era buona, anche scegliere come ambientazione e come metafora la siccità a Roma era ottimo sulla carta, sono giuste e costruite bene anche tutte le conseguenze di questa idea e la costruzione del mondo, ma le storie intrecciate dei vari personaggi sono a metà tra il ridicolo e lo sticazzi e il morbo della sonnolenza di cui parla il film è così vivido che esce dallo schermo. Pensavano di fare Altman ma pare un medico in famiglia.
