I work for Severin Films. Not every good movie has been seen, but not every unseen movie is good. There's really only one way to find out.
There's a something about Barry Newman behind the wheel of a car... It's like bread and butter.
This movie is a bit of an odd duck, because so much of it is dependant on big swerves in the story that I can't imagine a trailer NOT spoiling.
It was really wild at times and used silence in times of great stress to let the rhythms of the world build on the tension.
Both outlandish and fun. Well worth a watch!
M. Night is our modern day Ed Wood. I mean this as a compliment because you either with him or against him, and I'm with him!
His movies are so clearly his vision from start to finish, the specifically awful performances from fairly great actors, the choices he makes with the camera, even the way he shoves himself into a role so significant you have to wonder who cancelled last minute... I can't imagine anyone else making these beautiful hunks…
