The description "black comedy" is not accurate for western viewer i think. Its more of a political thriller.
It has som familiar Korean topics like the class split and a try to confront yourself with the parts of history that might not be so easy.
Was the coup good or bad? What were the real motives for it? We might never know, what we do know is that the normal people never win.
