anna nomaly’s review published on Letterboxd:
Every scene is exaggerated into horrific psychedelia, but the truth just barely hidden under the surface then can be clearly seen outside any window now. The minuscule changes of the past half-century were insufficient, and now most of us are the Thief, not only failed by our institutions but also actively attacked by their elite's all-consuming lust for money, power, and pleasure. Until we zoom out from our increasingly infantilized culture, until we disconnect from our things and from our "selves" to see the bigger picture, chaos rules the community. This ain't no party. This ain't no disco.
