  A group of grotesque, psychopathic, violent and deformed people living hidden underground on the outskirts of society because the government put them there devise a masterplan to overthrow their more fortunate counterparts by committing mass murder.

  To me this is a movie written by an upper middle class LA resident who's afraid of homelessness people who crowd his streets and from his ivory tower he twists the paranoia, hate and fear he feels towards those less fortunate than him into…

  Banshees of Inisherin is finger licking good.

  Once the screening finished, I immediately wanted to see the film again, it's an instant rewatchable film.

  I was lucky to have seen this in a packed movie theater at Reykjavík International Film Festival and the audience was erupting with laughter every couple of minutes until suddenly they weren't anymore thanks to dramatic shift in tone when comedy gives way to tragedy in a cutting way.
