Really, really great movie. A couple of negatives first: slightly too long, and some scenes were too quickly paced, so I couldn’t follow all of the details. Besides that, it really was great. Michael Fassbender was fantastic as Steve Jobs, and I want to see more movies with him. I want to see Seth Rogen in more serious roles – he was perfect as Steve Wozniak. Loved Jeff Daniels’ performance. Aaron Sorkin really is a master. Lastly, I really loved the cinematography. It’s super cool how they filmed the sections in 16mm, 35mm, and then digital. Everything looked so natural yet beautiful at the same time.
Even though my main complaint with Tarantino’s movies has been that they are too long, I still decided to watch the extended version of this movie. In short, I’m extremely glad that I did.
