Arjun Rajput’s review published on Letterboxd:
She is getting stuck in that filthy dirty fluid of expired beliefs, but the man too busy enjoying his sense of entitlement wouldn't bother to fix the sink. These patriarchal religious clowns really deserve to be forced to gulp fresh cow dungs down their throats in the name of old customs. Gets everything about an average Indian household right but the most important point it brings forth is how deep-rooted patriarchy really is. That it's not just men but even women who after years of being conditioned into the ways of a patriarchal society tend to humiliate younger women in the name of religious and moral values rather than showing empathy. It's a shame stuff like this is relevant in this day and age. Great film!
