Nightmare on Film Street 31 Day Horror Challenge October 2021: Day 22: Horror Comedy
“Committed people follow the rules”
Definitely one of the better current outings from Full Moon however that isn't saying much here. It's still really cheap, cringe worthy and unbearable at times. Everything goes by way too fast which leaves a lot of the movie feeling extremely under-cooked.
That being said, the acting is competent, the kills can be fun in a cheesy way and some of the ideas have potential.
Shame it sucks.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a beautifully crafted, intense, emotional and deep thrill ride that exceeded my expectations. At this rate, Legendary's Monsterverse is actually giving the MCU a run for its money. At least this cinematic universe has more to work with now ( don't get me started on all the unused kaiju and plotlines from Toho Kaiju movies that have yet to be tackled), it is taking its time and every movie has the feel of a huge event.
