  It’s obviously rough around the edges but still maintains the endearing qualities that tend to permeate throughout Iwai’s work. It was interesting to see the somewhat early beginnings of Shunji Iwai’s tricks and techniques in a raw form, his ability to tell regular stories about people is on full display in this.
