Personally I don’t think it was as amazing as Aster’s Hereditary but still a great horror film nonetheless! Aster clearly has a pattern forming which I found really interesting- i love when you can tell right off the bat that a film is from a certain director. Lots of parallels both in terms of story and stylistically between this and Hereditary. And I loved how this film was Aster’s portrayal of a bad relationship/break up. But anyways, the cinematography was stunning, there were a couple good scares and funny scenes, it was all around really great but also really weird! We love that tho.
