It's just kinda crap.
Only part I thought was any good was literally the tag at the end of the movie before the credits. Horror is simple. If you care about the character it's horrific watching their demise, if you hate the character it's satisfying watching their demise, if you don't give a single s hit about any of the characters you don't give a s hit when their bumped off.
This should have been domestic horror instead of this... hellraiser 3 had basically the same story and a DJ cenobite...
It's always a joy to see an actor lose themselves so thoroughly in a character. This is one of those rare movies where I forgot that I was watching actors playing roles.
