Sporadically pretty great, but is ultimately too long and not well executed enough to distract you from the fact it's quite derivative of other films. Despite the flaws, I really liked this, but I wanted to love it
Edwards' flair for world building and scale is still outstanding and Greig Fraser (with help from Oren Soffer) once again delivers the goods in the photography department
Madeleine Yuna Voyles gives a really excellent performance.

Powerhouse performances from Hepburn and McLaine but some of this becomes too melodramatic at times and it took me out of it.

Was late and missed the first minute but that didn't mean I wasn't destroyed at the end.

Is more tense than most thrillers.

    Awesome!
I don't think I've seen a film this fierce in it's politics in some time. While it can be seen as preachy, overly melodramatic and messy it's a film that wears what it wants to say on its sleeve, a quality I respect in a regardless of execution. SRK really makes this "being a movie star" thing look easy.
I loved Pathaan with him in it earlier this year, but this was better imo.
    I believe it's coming to…

If Pathaan is all the good version of all the Mission Impossible's in 1 film, this is the opposite.
    Extremely boring.

A bit dated but has superb action direction and a consistently tense runtime (expected from To).

Shoutout to Alexander Scheer who played the head Nazi officer, such a creepy antagonist and had such inhuman movements which added so much to the character.

Also this movie has an excellent Walter Hill easter egg and I thought that was a beautiful touch.

    Incredible.
My first but certainly not my last Dassin.
After only a handful of films I've really become a huge fan of Richard Widmark whether he is charming or downright sinister. Same with Gene Tierney who is remarkably underrated and one of the most beautiful women I've seen on screen.

I've seen alot of comparisons to Uncut Gems and I can definitely see it.

Not as good as Deerskin or Smoking Causes Coughing but still a relatively fun time.
Adele Exarchopoulos is a highlight in this and steals the movie.
The movie spends most of its second half at a house and I wish it was more focused on the setup from the first. That being said the second half still had some hilarious moments and the final shot, despite being what I wanted to see more of, was amazing.

A really quick watch that takes a little bit to get going but when it does it's really effective.
One of Monroe's best performances! She is genuinely excellent in this.
