  T-Rex brought to you by Verizon. Samsung (ahem) “Innovation” Center. Mercedes-Benz’s upcoming mall–SUV, G-class, and even the Unimog. The studio tested with how much brazen product placement they can get away with.

  The corporate greed, maximization of profits and carelessness led to yet another unpleasant incident. As for the story… if it made sense, there would be no incident in the first place.

  Tarantino used his obsession with slasher, exploitation, kung-fu and other obscure genres – genres most of us would not find bearable on their own – to make an accessible and entertaining mainstream flick.

  If there’s one mainstream movie I could re-watch over and over, it would be Kill Bill trilogy (still waiting for the third installment).
