Some bullet point thoughts:

- I’m starting to feel more and more that this is less of a “bold reinvention” and more like a Star Wars movie made by someone who understood Star Wars better than anyone else

- Phasma coming back seems lame but really it allows Finn to defeat her for ideological reasons instead of throwing her in the garbage because he’s “in charge now” 
Phasma’s fall is the most satisfying dramatic end for Finn’s arc

- I’m still in awe of the editing in this movie. In particular “the first lesson” scene where Rey discovers the balance of the Force. After 7 times I still feel moved by the mystery and awe the Force inspires here

- I STILL REALLY FUCKIN LOVE THE PORGS. I’M BUYING A PORG, DUDE
