“What’s the first thing an actor learns? ‘The show must go on!’ Come rain, come shine, come snow, come sleet, the show MUST go on!”

A truly admirable film. Singin’ in the Rain is a pure spectacle; the musical/dance numbers are glorious and the sets are wonderful. The leading trio is fantastic as well; they radiate charisma and energy in every moment. While some scenes run a bit long, I can’t help but enjoy this for being an iconic and genuinely well-made musical.
