Honey Boy 2019
I've got a lot of time and space in my heart for Honey Boy, probably making it my favourite release of 2019.
This is a beautiful portrayal of a difficult relationship with a parent, told fantastically with bewitching cinematography.
I can only applaud Shia for being able to write so authentically, with a great deal of care and understanding for who and why his farther was the way he was.
People are never perfect, relationships with parents aren't easy and Honey Boy is a great film.

Tenet 2020
I would reccomend watching Primer before seeing this as I think it'll help, a lot. I enjoyed it, would like to see it again. Was nice to feel mentally challenged for the first time in months. However, while I understand the dialogue was supposed to be difficult to hear at times, it was still frustrating and I just want subtitles :(((((
Ps. I fucking love Robert Pattison. LOVE HIM.
