Julia Ducournau is the hottest woman alive
The third of Taylor Sheridan's trilogy about the modern American Frontier, Wind River had me floored. While I don't like it as much as last year's Hell or High Water, it had the potential to be even better. I think if he had handed off the script to a different director as he did with Hell or High Water, the film could have been tremendous. That being said, its fantastic, with my butt being on the edge of the seat for the last half hour.
Probably the most tightly edited, directed and scripted movie this year. Hardly any dialogue, to the point that it could have been just as effective being a silent film.
As someone who has had many problems with Christopher Nolan in the past, this movie fixes most of my complaints about his style. he has found the direction I want him to be headed in.
Less Interstellar ham-fisted melodrama, more tight, concise editing and hard-hitting visuals.
