Midnight Mass is truly an experience. The writing and directing is fantastic. And there are some sequences in this that are really epic.
Was a bit slow in the beginning, but I actually enjoyed how this show takes its time.
Such a well-thought out story, with some really awesome unexpected scary moments.

I genuinely had no idea what I was getting into…
and long story short, this film stole my heart. It’s so endearing, with incredible performances by all the leads and a hauntingly beautiful score.
Miranda July’s directing really enhanced the impact of this story. “The big one” sequence blew me away.
Also, there were so many great set-ups and pay-offs and it was awesome to see.
Kajillionaire is a very special gem.

Shiva Baby is an incredibly awkward anxiety-inducing thriller comedy and I loved every second of it. This film is so Jewish and I’ve never felt more seen and represented since binging Mrs. Maisel.
The script is excellent, and so unbelievably accurate regarding what happens at every Jewish family get-together. Emma Seligman gets everything so right, and it made me so happy to see Jewish culture portrayed…
