Dern and Cage are hypnotizing as the leads. The editing & sound design are incredible. You can tell Lynch is just having a ball with this. So many Twin Peaks undertones. Just staggeringly inventive.
I love that Crispin Glover's performance was likely even too weird for Lynch.
