BlackNerdMagic’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of the five best animated films this decade from the juggernaut that is Pixar animation; a smartly written tearjerker about the makeup of our uniqueness, personality, and emotions that define us. Character and world design looks like pure eye candy; worlds built off the inner recesses of our mind filled with imagination, abstract thought, special memories, and literally trains of thought. Perfect film for a young kid to understand why he/she is and understanding that it’s okay to have flaws and defects because none of use are blessed with a perfect deposition. Not an eye will be dry by the end of this. Transcendent animation.
