Houston Coley’s review published on Letterboxd:
So good. The debate over whether there’s too much “silly humor” during the “mature” moments rages on - and it’s a valid one to have - but I think in the end this is a rare time when it all comes down to personal taste. The sardonic, darkly comedic tone of the whole film works really well for me. I can see why it wouldn’t for others.
That scene with the juice is cinema at its finest tho.
