    An interesting concept, done with a wry sense of humour, driving his dead mother across the country for a burial. Some nice witty sections, but also a few lulls and sense of padding out. Stunning scenery carries the film at times, but still an entertaining watch with some creative twists and turns. Easy to watch, a worth a look

    An incredibly powerful and upsetting film. A film that no-one wants to watch, but a film we should all see. There is a monotony in the journalists voice (Mstyslav Chernov), but it soon becomes apparent that he has been documenting conflict in Ukraine for many years. For him despite sharing the most horrific footage of war crimes nothing is changing. We are confronted by this when we see unedited footage in hospitals of people dying and then the footage re-edited…

    Important for films like this to be seen more widely, glad to see it's found mainstream distribution. I found the archival material to be the most interesting aspect of the film and of course some of the testimonial accounts, but found it to get a touch repetitive towards the end.
