Adam Bernstein’s review published on Letterboxd:
Charming and sweet. Packed with strong performances from a stacked cast. The most engaged Murphy's been since, I dunno, Bowfinger? Snipes is a lot of fun too. Shame Brewer brings relatively little of that Hustle & Flow energy to the direction this time around, and the whole thing has a cheap, digital, Netflix-y look to it. Still, a very good time.
