I’ve probably watched Wrong Turn a solid 20+ times, no joke. I'm guessing that's because I love a good backwoods horror, but also because young Kate was OBSESSED with Eliza Dushku, so you know how it is.

Had a pretty fun time with this one! I really tried to keep myself totally in the dark before watching, and that definitely aided in the viewing experience.
Missing is worth a watch especially if you’re looking for a good mystery. I can honestly say I was 100% invested in the story from start to finish which is a win in my book!
I absolutely love everything about this movie. It is exactly what you want out of an 80's slasher flick. Between the hilarious dialogue and the electronic organ music, I was sold from the beginning. The pizza scene is ABSURD and absolutely iconic at the same time. My wife and I also had some laughs shouting "Diane!!!" at each other during the whole second half which made the experience even more fun for me. Totally underrated slasher film that is a must watch for any horror fan.
In typical fashion I ended up watching the 2006 remake prior to this, so I sort of knew what I was getting into with the original but wow! This was way more complex than I was expecting. The obscene phone calls were very unnerving, and I appreciated getting a peak into the POV of the killer which definitely aided in showcasing how deeply disturbed he was. Normally I have a hard time focusing on movies that take a little while to develop, but in this case the timing felt very appropriate and incredibly realistic. 2019 remake here I come!
