Camera work in this film was expertly done. The car chase scene was one of the most masterful sequences ever shot in cinema history.

Definitely a top 2 David Lynch film for me and one of the greatest horror films ever made. Sheryl Lee was beyond incredible, what a performance. Tragic, Horrifying and bizarre are the three best words to describe this. Looking forward to watching the final season of the show: The Return.

“Sometimes  to love someone, you gotta be a stranger.”

Yeah, this was an immaculate experience. Villeneuve builds on the foundation and themes of the first film in a fascinating way. An obvious highlight was the cinematography, every frame is breathtaking due to excellent use of color grading and lighting. One of most visually beautiful films ever made. It updates the dystopian setting of its predecessor and gives it more vibrancy. Zimmer’s score was incredible as usual. It’s got an all…

Spielberg’s semi-autobiography neatly balances a coming of age story with a passion for the art of filmmaking at his young age. Performances by the cast were all around great, however Michelle Williams was fantastic and she rightfully deserved her Oscar nomination. It’s also a visually beautiful film thanks to some gorgeous frames which were expertly shot & edited. David Lynch as John Ford was superb, amazing cameo. Think it’s a sign to watch a John Ford western asap. Overall an inspiring, wholesome watch.

    That final shot… cinema.
