Harry Callahan aka Dirty Harry is a great movie character and a perfect fit for Clint Eastwood. That scene where he stands on the bridge, looking Scorpio directly in the eyes as the bus approaches - iconic and my favorite moment in the movie. This was definitely due for a rewatch and the bluray looked crisp. Honestly, not a boring moment in this - I loved every minute.

Barry Lyndon 1975
I don't have the strength to sit down and write a proper review of this masterpiece (which it truly deserves), so this will do for now...
...Barry Lyndon is a phenomenally beautiful masterpiece with a story and pace that will take your breath away. I absolutely loved it and will probably watch it many times over the course of my life.
I feared that it wouldn't be relevant today, but this movie is about life itself, the choices we make,…

High Risk 1995
This might be one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen, but it is also one of the most fun. It feels weird to say, but it is true. I laughed my ass off, maybe intentionally - maybe not.
The story is ludicrous and the characters like they were taken directly from a cartoon. Hell, in the very first scene, we see a bus full of school children being blown up by terrorists and kidnappers. Yep, you heard me right.…

Bitch Slap 2009
Quite disappointing and not a good movie in any way. Lots of better places to look at tits and ass, if that is all you want.

Scavenger Hunt #49 | April 2019
It finally happened... Hollywood managed to corrupt one of the good ones. Guillermo got his Oscar, two actually... but at what cost? I can see why people would like this movie, because who doesn't love candy? Too much of it, though, and you get sick. Giving people what you know they want is a little too safe and that's how I feel about this movie. It's a small piece of candy, nothing more.

La Dolce Vita 1960
I only have good things to say about La Dolce Vita, which swept my feet away. It is beautiful, of course, and very cinematic. Forget realism, you are about to enter the strange and wonderful world of both Marcello, the leading character, but also of Federico Fellini, the director.
Also, I dare you to watch this movie and not fall a little bit in love with Anita Ekberg. Impossible!
