Bryce Forren’s review published on Letterboxd:
It’s really awesome the kind of things that can come out of movies that are only running on the dedication of everyone involved to make them. It’s fueled entirely by passion and the stakes of its own creation, nothing external, and there’s something so genuine about all of it. Stuff like this makes me feel like I’ve been let in on something, and that’s such a cool intimate thing about micro-budget movies that really comes across here. The montages of the band playing felt like undisturbed moments of cinema vérité and I believed them. For whatever reason, all of the unfiltered charm in this really worked for me.
