Tobias Nilsson’s review published on Letterboxd:
A young boy, mistreated by his foster family, finds out that magic is real, and when the time comes fo starting school, he is in for a life-changing experience.
Rewatched the first Harry Potter with the missus, as she had just gone through the book series again. The revisit was surprisingly pleasant. The effects still hold up pretty well, for the most part. The story is simple and charming, and you can see that there has gone a lot of money into this project straight from the start. It's cute to see the not very experienced and very charicatured acting of our main trio.
The most impressive thing is still the star-lined cast list.
