Seeing Faye Dunaway overact the crap out of this movie is worth the watch alone. I highly recommend watching this late at night to enjoy to your campy heart’s desire.
I am so in love with the opening number that I’ve had it on repeat, but the rest of this movie is definitely an acquired taste. The first hour or so after the opening number is a lot and super artsy in a pretentious way, but the second act when Annette comes into world moves the film in a lot more interesting direction.

Another film about individuals with Aspergers Syndrome with characters that are a cartoonish exaggeration on the extremist end of the spectrum. Not to mention it has the same screenwriter as Rain Man so the male Aspie character is basically the same person here as Dustin Hoffman was.
