Genuinely the most baffling film I have ever seen. It’s Lynchian in its execution. This is either an awful horror/comedy made with extreme ineptness or a brilliant satire that’s gone over everyone’s head.

I liked this much more than I thought I would

Kingsley Ben-Adir is definitely the stand out. His and Leslie Odom Jr.’s characters have two different political ideologies, and watching them debate each other is so enlightening and entertaining. I like how neither person is wrong in what they believe. Malcolm X kinda wins in the end, but it’s not presented like Sam Cooke was wrong the whole time.
