What a wonderfully poetic film about loneliness and longing. It’s starts out so simple and as someone whose seen these types of movies before I always felt like I knew where it was going…but I knew nothing.
It’s like walking down a familiar forest path and enjoying the view until suddenly you realize it’s getting dark and you're lost, lonely and alone. This path did not lead you where you knew it would, but rather it led you to a more emotional space, and now you’re a more enriched person for having explored it.
”Feelings can creep up just like that. I thought I was in control.”
