As you wish.
"You take the blue pill...the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill...you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."
This whole week has been tough. I don't even know what to say. I still don't really. It feels unreal that once I put this thought down in writing it all becomes real. Nwoye was such a kind soul and always was…
Dear lord, the accents here were just as bad as House of Gucci. There was a moment Ben Affleck said fucking and his BAWSTON accent slipped out.
Matt Damon and Affleck both looked too outrageous. Those hairstyles were quite bold. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw Affleck on screen for the first time.
But anyways, Jodie Comer really did so magnificently. She was so captivating. Her and Adam Driver really felt like they were playing their roles accordingly to each POV/chapter, even if very subtlety, while Matt Damon just became louder and more brutish.
“What's your favorite scary movie?"
Sidney Prescott, Scream Queen '96.
It's funny to see how tongue and cheek this movie is with so many references to other established horror movies. As a kid, I only knew a couple. But now as an adult, I'm like oh damn, Wes really was just name dropping left and right. I mean, it worked! Now everyone knows Scream. It all paid off and now at a franchise with 5! You go, Ghostface!
Sidenote: it's super fun trying to guess who is Ghostface depending on the scene knowing who the killer is.
