Absolutely marvelous. Absolutely delightful.
But I'm used to hear say, 'Good morning' everyday. Her joys, her woes, her highs, her lows. A second nature to me now. Like breathing out and breathing in. I'm very grateful she's a woman! And so easy to forget. Rather like a habit one can always break! And yet, I've grown accustomed to the trace of something in the air. Accustomed to her... face.
Buzz Lightyear - “Fascinating. Your inner voice advises you.”
There is something so pure in Toy Story. Buzz listening to his inner voice is the most brilliant thing ever made. Forky was amazing.
Woody: "Being There For A Child Is The Most Noble Thing A Toy Can Do."
Rex: "Does This Mean Woody's A Lost Toy?" Buzz Lightyear: "He's Not Lost. Not Anymore."
Bo Peep: "Open Your Eyes, Woody. There's Plenty Of Kids Out There. Sometimes Change Can Be Good."
Trixie - “I have a question. Well actually I have all the questions.”
Literally no one:
Me every second:
Laurie : I have loved you since the moment I clapped eyes on you. What could be more reasonable than to marry you?
Jo March : We'd kill each other.
Laurie : Nonsense!
Jo March : Neither of us can keep our temper-...
Laurie : I can, unless provoked.
Jo March : We're both stupidly stubborn, especially you. We'd only quarrel!
Laurie : I wouldn't!
Jo March : You can't even propose without quarreling.…
- Ken Miles: You're gonna build a car to beat Ferrari with... a Ford.
- Carroll Shelby: Correct.
- Ken Miles: And how long did they tell you that they need it? Two, three hundred years?
- Carroll Shelby: Ninety days.
The shots, the performances, the cars are splendid. Matt Damon never impressed me this much. Christian Bale... well... it’s Christian Bale, never disappoints. A great performance.
Lee Iacocca: James Bond does not drive a Ford, sir.
I have so much to say about Christian Bale but I have to return some videotapes. Also can we agree that the business card scene is just fucking amazing?
Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh my God, it even has a watermark...
Reasons to watch this movie:
1) Christian Bale
2) Skin care routine
3) Workout routine
4) The business card scene
5) His music taste
6) The sexiest scene ever made (Patrick killing Paul Allen)
(...) Because there's a conflict in every human heart, between the rational and the irrational, between good and evil. And good does not always triumph. Sometimes, the dark side overcomes what Lincoln called the better angels of our nature. Every man has got a breaking point. You and I have one.
Das cenas mais excitantes do cinema, ao meu ver, é sem dúvida a cena da Cavalgada das Valquírias. Sempre que vejo esta cena o meu coração acelera de tal…
